One of the Bay Area’s most successful Chefs, Chef Cocoy Ventura is the founder of Cocoy Ventura Culinary Service in San Francisco, CA.
Born in Isabela, Philippines, Chef Ventura found opportunities in the US that not only widened his views and experience in the Culinary world, but also helped him pursue his love for cooking. Like many other Filipino-American chefs here in the US, one of his ultimate goals is to expose exquisite native yet organic dishes from all over the Philippines.

In 2005, Chef Ventura worked for Rubicon Estate, Francis Ford Coppola’s Winery. Additionally, he worked for the renowned Thomas Keller Restaurant Group. Exceeding in his cooking expertise - from his Isabela roots all the way to the the US - Chef Cocoy Ventura moved further to becoming an Executive Chef for Alimango Restaurant in San Mateo, Calif. in 2007 and Intramuros Restaurant in South San Francisco.
